Privacy Policy

Effective August 12, 2026

E.D.C Masonry LLC (“E.D.C Masonry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a masonry contractor serving residential and commercial properties in New Jersey. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the estimate form, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, project location, property type, the service you are interested in, your timeline, and the description of the project. If you call, text, or email us instead, we receive whatever information you choose to share.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when a page is served: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the date and time of the request. This is used to keep the site working, secure, and reasonably fast. We do not use it to build a profile of you.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your estimate request and discuss your project.
  • To schedule and carry out work you hire us to do.
  • To send you a quote, follow up, or answer a question you asked.
  • To keep records of our jobs, quotes, and communications.
  • To protect the site against spam and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not use the details you submit for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.

Calls, texts, and email

When you submit the form or give us your phone number, you agree that we may contact you about your project by phone call, text message, or email. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop contact at any time by replying STOP to a text, by telling us on a call, or by emailing Edcmasonry@hotmail.com. Asking us to stop does not affect work already under contract.

How we share information

We share your information only with the service providers that make this site and our follow-up possible, and only to the extent they need it:

  • Cloudflare — hosts the website and delivers it securely.
  • Resend — delivers the estimate form to our inbox by email.
  • Meta Platforms — when you reach us through a Facebook or Instagram ad, or through a Meta lead form, Meta processes that interaction under its own policies.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Advertising and measurement

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. If you arrive from one of those ads, Meta may set cookies or use similar technologies to measure whether the ad led to a visit or an inquiry, and to show relevant ads. That processing is governed by Meta’s own data policy. You can control what you see and how your data is used for ads in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and you can limit interest-based advertising through your browser or device settings.

Cookies

The site itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies of its own. Cookies that may be present come from the services described above. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings; the site works without them.

How long we keep information

We keep estimate requests and project communications for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep ordinary business, tax, and warranty records. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or stop using it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — please do not send sensitive information such as financial account or government ID numbers through the form.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. To make a request, email Edcmasonry@hotmail.com or call (862) 281-4882. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will not treat you differently for making one. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging masonry work. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
